It may sound crazy at first, but there is an alternative to suicide that saved my life and my finances. Instead of suicide, I went "shopping" as a Mystery Shopper. Since I got involved as a "shopper" thoughts of suicide have disappeared and more money in my bank account has appeared. Maybe this would work for you too.
You know as well as I, when members of the military come home from active duty mobilization and deployment the op-tempo has considerably slowed, the daily mission is not well-defined and the structure we once lived no longer exists. Then there are also the constant thoughts and replaying visions in our mind of what was seen and done while “we were over there.” Taking all these factors into consideration, it is not too difficult to understand why feelings of loneliness, isolation and being finished with life may occur.
